Top 100 Jose Canseco Baseball Cards – 2000 UD Game Jersey Autograph /33

These two cards come from one of the most important early game-used autograph releases in the hobby: the 2000 Upper Deck Game Jersey Autographs, hand-numbered to just 33 copies. (Please note that these are not two separate runs – 33 copies total of black mesh and white swatches exist.)
Upper Deck referred to these as “Crash Numbered”, meaning the print run matched the player’s jersey number (Canseco’s #33), and each serial number was applied after production rather than printed into the artwork.
Each features an on-card signature, a clean sepia ballpark backdrop, and an authentic Tampa Bay Devil Rays jersey relic.
An unnumbered version exists as well, in both jersey types. Produced while Canseco was still an active player, this release stands as his first ever jersey/autograph combo card – a major milestone in the evolution of game-used cards.
More than a quarter of a century later, this release’s landmark status grows, and remains one of the defining early memorabilia-autograph sets – a must-have centerpiece for serious Canseco collectors.
